Vintage Mod Girll with Singing Bird. Is this an early Lea Stein?

Large lucite brooch. LOVE this piece! It is quite large and measures 2 1/2" across. There is a label on the back with the initials F.G and it reads Made in France PARIS.

Very unique piece. It has age appropriate wear with some surface scratches. Primitive pin back.
