1920's Hand Blown Glass Cane Pin Antique Costume Jewelry

Unusual vintage 1920's or perhaps Victorian hand blown white glass cane pin with a red rhinestone circle. I have not seen another like this piece.

It measures 3" long. Surprised a pin this delicate survived all these years. Has a "c" clasp closure.

Back has age appropriate patina and appears to be brass. There is one faint line of discoloration on the cane shaft. No big whoop what so ever. No chips.
