Vintage 1940's or earlier celluloid or early plastic adorable house with dog and bone dangle charms. In the Dog House? LOL
It measures 2 1/2" x 2" wide. These early pins were always painted very sloppy by the manufacturer. I wouldn't suggest cleaning the paint sections, as they were usually "cold painted" and the paint may rub off.
