1950's Sequin Beaded Evening Wool Cardigan Nassau Bahamas Women's Vintage Clothing

From my vintage clothing store that closed in the 1990's.

WONDERFUL 1950's aurora borealis sequined and beaded lined off-white wool cardigan.

The tag reads Made Expressly for Nassau Import Shop Surley Arcade Nassau Bahamas 100% Wool and size 36. But that is a VINTAGE size. Please pay close attention to the sizes below.

The sequins have a rainbow glint to the with clear glass beaded seed bead centers.

Hook and eye closure down front. Three quarters sleeve.

Measurements:

18" across from armpit to armpit measured flat

18"long. This is meant to rest at the top of the hips.

Sleeves are about 16" long.

There are two small stains on the lining that does not show through to the front.

The lining needs a steam. Perhaps if you have it dry cleaned the stains may come out. But I can't promise it. Otherwise this is in gorgeous shape!

I have checked for any holes by holding it up at a light and looking through the lining. An old vintage clothing trick when buying! ;)
