1980's Gilt Sterling Heart Pendant Gold Filled Chain Bonus Pendant

Vintage 1970's gemstone heart pendant on a 1/20th 12k gold filled snake chain. The heart measures 1 1/2" long including the bail. It has possible low grade rubies? and I am not sure what the clear stones are. Signed 925 (sterling) on the back. It has a some gilt finish wear on the bail and the back.

The clasp is marked 1/20th 12k Gold Filled.
