Vintage adorable ART (Arthur Pepper) signed hot pink ostrich pin with blue rhinestone eyes. ART also made this pin in gold tone. But the hot pink one is sought after. And HAR (Hargo) also made this pin in different colors.

It measures 2" long and has usual paint wear to some areas. Some paint loss to the right side edge of the head at the bottom, which does not show from the front straight on. Please view all photos.
