Vintage H. Pomerantz & Co. NY (Herman Pomerantz) signed cockatoo brooch.
Herman Pomerantz passed in 1967. So this piece is anywhere from 1950's-1960s.
Measures 2 1/4" long. ALL blue plastic cabochon stones are original to the piece and are all present.
The eye is a red aurora borealis glass rhinestone.
A little wear to the tip of his beak. No big deal! Otherwise in nice shape.
