Vintage HAR signed hot pink and black toucan pin. HAR stands for Hargo Creations N.Y.
Done in the usual HAR fashion with little flowers making up the birds body. It is in wonderful shape with minor paint wear.
I can't find this piece any where, so I would think this is on the rare side. Plus the color is stupendous! A must for the HAR collector!
