Mod Neon Green Lucerne Wrist Watch Needs Repair AS IS Vintage Accessories '60's Costume

Insanely cool and original late 60's or early '70's kind of rare, mod neon green Lucerne wrist watch with neon green vinyl band. Wow. This watch does wind, but is starts and stops. Give it a little shake and it starts again. It does not keep time well and so I am calling it a non working watch.

The watch face has scuffs and wear. And the metal has discolorations.

This watch when held under a black light, the strap will glow. It has been LOVED. The band has a lot of wear and some discolorations. It measures 8 3/4" tip to tip. I have a regular sized wrist and it fits me on the LAST hole. So a bit on the smaller size.

This all sounds horrible, but it would be a dandy addition to any mod outfit, movie or video prop or 1960's costume party.
