Titanium ? Genuine Pearl Leaf Pendant Sterling Silver Chain Fine Jewelry

I purchased this for myself many moons ago. I believe the leaf pendant is titanium if my memory serves me correctly. The color is an iridescent blue, greenish purple. The center bar has genuine pearls and sterling beads.

The chain is sterling and measures 18" long. The leaf pendant measures 2" long. There is a small knot in the chain near the clasp. I do not have the patience to untangle it.

Clasp is marked Sterling. Very minor scratches on the back (as you can see for yourself) from knocking around my jewelry box.
