Vintage 14k Gold and Ruby Heart Charm or Pendant Italy 1 Gram Fine Jewelry Valentines Day I LOVE YOU

Vintage 14k gold heart charm with small ruby. The bail was made a little sloppily by the manufacturer and it reads ITALY clearly, but the numbers are semi cut off. It appears to be marked 585 which is the European mark for 14k. OR, it can be a higher grade. I tried to show the bail in the last photo, but it just didn't come across. The red-ish and black hue that you see at the bottom of the heart and back are just reflections from my camera.

It measures only 3/4" long including the bail. It has some age wear and it is being sold as found and as is and all sales are final.
