Ultra fabulous and very rare vintage 1970's Swank signed embroidered velveteen cloth hippie Democrat belt. WOW.
Swank was a quality name in men's tie bars, jewelry and especially cufflinks. But they also made belts.
It is a soft velveteen fabric in red, white and navy blue with embroidered donkeys. Soft beige fabric interior.
The interior is black velveteen. Measures 2" wide and 42 1/2" long including the buckle.
There aren't any holes in the belt, (not supposed to be) so you can adjust this and wear it at your desired length.
There is some light discoloration on the fabric near the buckle and slightly on the top edges of the belt. It is not terribly noticeable when worn. I am not sure of you can surface clean it or not. Otherwise it is in great shape!
