Vintage Art Deco Genuine Pearl Floral Spray Pin Fine Jewelry ?

This vintage pin has me stumped. I did test it for gold content and it was iffy for 10K. And definitely not 14k. But it may only be 10k PLATE. The pearls are genuine, but I do not know about the red stones or what the center stone is.

It measures 2 1/4" long. It weighs 5.9 grams.

It has some dark patina around the flower petals and a little greening on the back in two small spots. It was once signed on the back, but it is completely illegible. I can only make out which looks like the number "2" on the back of the flower part. This is VERY hard to see without a good loupe.

At any rate, is a beautiful pin with genuine pearls that have a lovely luster. But since I can not confirm all of the material content of the rest of the pin, it is marked accordingly. All sales are final.
