Very nice bolo tie with what I believe in genuine onyx. The bolo slide and the tips did polish like sterling, but I think it just may be silver plated.

I polished one tip and left the other one in the original tarnished state so you can see the difference. View last photo.

This bolo has a very uniques style slide. You push the lever in the center to make it slide. The back has some dark and white-ish areas, almost like it was made from another piece by an artisan? Perhaps from heating the piece to weld it?

The tips have a real Native American design to them and have small sun rays embossed on each one at the top of the tips .

The LEATHER cord measures approx. 38 inches long in total. The cord is in great shape. The large slide is 2" long. Horseshoe is positioned in the up position so the luck does not run out! Some surface wear to the horseshoe. A unique piece! Sold as is and as found.
