Vintage Carved Shell Cameo Pin With Bail Silver ?

Vintage genuine shell cameo pin with a bail if you wish to wear it as a pendant. It measures 1 1/4" long. It has a twisted gold tone braid around it. I cannot make out the stamp. I know there is a star in the hallmark but that is all I can make it with a jeweler's loupe. holding it up to the light I see three very small hairline cracks. they do not show through the front and not bothersome at all. Pro tip! Always hold cameos up to the light to check before you purchase!
