This was The Lions Club District 14 Pennsylvania according to the net.

It reads Salute to Monroe "Monty" Nute Past President 1954-55

The back has double clutch pins and reads HOHONYC Taiwan.

The 1954 Chrysler has the Lions Club logo. It measures 4"long and 2 1/8" across the top badge. Slight wear. Quite the unique piece! And in wonderful shape.
