Vintage Vogue Accessories Co. N.Y. black and red three strand velvet hair band or headband on its original card. The card is pretty trashed, but the hairband itself is in mint shape and the elastic is still good. Look at the original price! Fifty nine cents!

The card reads "featured in leading fashion magazines". It measures 11" long measured flat and 22" long without stretching it.
